4Does the Assist system allow for supervisors to review performance information submitted by their subordinates?
Yes, our system includes a review functionality that allows senior managers and internal auditors to review reported indicators, provide feedback, and ensure data accuracy.
5Can I create a digital Performance plan on the Assist System?
Yes, the Assist system allows a user to create a performance plan and also manages the approval process digitally.
6Can I perform performance evaluations on the system?
Yes, the system allows users to conduct performance evaluations by entering scores for each KPA on employee scorecards through structured phases, including Self-Assessment, Manager Review, Moderation, and the Final Review. It calculates the final performance score using customizable rating scales. Additionally, the system supports real-time feedback and enables historical performance tracking.
7Does the Assist System allow any user to edit the SDBIP or Performance Plan content?
The Assist System managers access to functionality such as editing through user access settings. Only users with access to the edit functionality will be able to affect changes to approved information.
8How does your system ensure data security?
Any connection to Action Assist is encrypted through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificate with Extended Validation provided by Thawte. This, in turn, ensures that any data transferred to/from Action Assist is encrypted and secured from authorised access.
9How do I report an error on the system?
You can report a system error by logging a help desk ticket through our ticketing system, where a help desk administrator will address your query within the predefined SLA time frame.
