Pricing

The cost of the deployment of the Action Assist solution requires funding for the system deployment, user subscription fees, ongoing monthly system support, and any further agreed upon training and process support.

Subscription fees vary depending on the actual number of individual users that have been activated on the Action Assist subscriber database. Action iT offers two tiers of pricing, those for organisations with up to a 100 employees and for organisations with more than a 100 employees.

For organisations with up to 100 employees, the pricing model is based on bundles of 25 users computes as follows:

For organisations with more than 100 employees, the pricing model is based on an initial bundle of a 100 users and additional bundles of 25 users computed as follows:

Please take note of the following:

  1. The subscription pricing excludes: VAT, disbursements, deployment, training, system support, and process support costs;
  2. Annual subscription fees are to be paid by the subscriber / client within 30 calendar days from the start of the subscription year / period;              
  3. System Support Fees (including access to the online HelpDesk) are payable on a prepaid basis in equal monthly instalments on the first working day of each month. The system support includes all offsite support and is included on the principle of fair usage over the subscription period;                     
  4. The System Support hours of Action Assist are 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. All faults must be logged directly with Action iT (Pty) Ltd in the manner prescribed. All calls logged will be acknowledged within four (4) support hours from being logged. All correctly logged requests will be cleared within sixteen (16) support hours unless technical or other circumstances prohibit the clearance in which case the request owner will be notified;      
  5. Action iT (Pty) Ltd has planned maintenance slots every Sunday from 14h00 to 22h00 during which time user access may be restricted. Should additional time be required a notice giving the necessary details will be posted on Action Assist before the close of Support hours the preceding Thursday;
  6. Any modifications and client specific functionality updates to any Action Assist modules and module functionality must be contracted through Action iT (Pty) Ltd and are for the account of the subscriber that initiates the request;  
  7. The subscriber / client will assign at least one dedicated and competent person/s (and at least one backup person) to act as their Action Assist Database Administrator;
  8. The above subscription fee prices are valid for the period ending 30 June 2027 and may be subject to change.                                                                                                                     
  9. The pricing will be increased by 6% annually on 1 July.     
  10. Additional data will be invoiced to the subscriber on a monthly basis.  
  11.  System Support is the ability to log system errors, receive system updates and access to on-line manuals.                                                                                                                
  12.  Access to content in the Competency Library, Individual Key Performance Area Library and Organisational Indicator Library will be at an additional cost.   
  13. Action iT (Pty) Ltd, at its own discretion, may decide to suspend the availability of Action Assist to the subscriber / client, if after 30 calendar days after the termination of this Agreement, the Agreement has not been replaced with a new Agreement covering the next Action Assist subscription year;
