Personal Development Management

PDP Assist facilitates the allocation, tracking and reporting of personal development tasks between the various users in the organisation. Management can track the status of all updated actions at any time.

1Overview of Personal Development Management Module
The PDP Assist Module manages the individual Personal Development Plans for each individual in the organisation. The process starts with the identification of the individuals staff development needs based on their role in the organisation. The next step is to schedule and track the completion of the required learning events that have been allocated to the individual.
2 The working of the PDP Assist module:
Risk Assist
  • Step 1

    - The process starts with the creation of a PDP for each individual and the subsequent identification of the individual's personal development needs. This is followed by the identification and the learning events that the learner needs to complete;

  • Step 2

    - The Lerner will action the learning events that have been triggered for them and update the system accordingly;

  • Step 3

    - Management will track the learning events and take appropriate action if and when required;

  • Step 4

    - The Management team have access to system reports for management and planning purposes;
