
Legislation Library
The Legislation Library acts as a central repository of all the required legislation, regulations, guidelines etc. required by the subscriber for the measurement of compliance within the organisation.

- The Module Administrator defines all the module setups, Lists to be used and User Accesses;

- Users, whom have been granted +New access, are able to add Legislation, Sections to the Legislation add Deliverable(s) to the Sections;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to delete / deactivate - Legislation, Sections add Deliverables;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to add Legislation, Sections to the Legislation add Deliverable(s) to the Sections;

- Users, whom have been granted +View access, are able to view the data captured to each Legislation, Sections add Deliverable;
- The availability of an online Legislation Register.
- The various sources of legislation can be defined by the organisation.
- The legislation can include policies, procedures, regulations, and related documentation.
- Functionality for the module administrator to define and manage user access as required by the organisation.
- Functionality for the module administrator to define all client-specific defaults for the module.
- The legislation owner can add unlimited sections to each legislation item.
- The legislation owner can add unlimited deliverables to each section.
- Easy, user-friendly update process.
- Standard audit trail reporting where all activity on the tool is logged and time-stamped.
- High level of organisational customisation in defining module setups to meet the organisation’s specific business requirements.
- Legislation can be linked to Risks, Performance Indicators, and Compliance Indicators.
- Legislation data is stored in the database for future reference and reporting purposes.
